Community Narratives through the Lens
In this four-week course, we’ll learn how to use our camera to explore, discover and document San Ysidro’s past and present through the lens. Each week we’ll view photos from MOPA’s collection and use them as inspiration in our own work to capture places of meaning in the community. Whether you have never used a digital camera before, or want to improve your skills, this course will cover basic techniques and provide guidance and feedback along the way.
Open to all levels, no experience necessary. Materials and equipment provided at no cost to the participant, and the course will be offered in English and Spanish.
