Art, books, poetry out loud and coffee? Sounds like a good plan! Join us this April 17th, as we also celebrate National Poetry Month, at the opening of our most recent project called «The FRONT Books».
«The FRONT BOOKS” is an art library project that aims to provide a space for the local community to consult art books. Art exhibitions in other parts of San Diego, or other parts of the world are inaccessible for a big part of the population.
Our art library wants the local artists and general community to be able to learn and consult art books with a curated selection of books from different time periods, styles, techniques and authors.
You don’t need to be an expert in poetry to attend, feel free to join us and enjoy a good time reading. There will be coffee and snacks.
There will be two times, 12-1pm and 4-5pm. So there are no excuses not to take a break from the daily routine. See you here!

«The FRONT BOOKS» es un proyecto de biblioteca de arte que tiene como objetivo proporcionar un espacio para que la comunidad local consulte libros de arte. Las exposiciones de arte en otras partes de San Diego, o en otras partes del mundo, son inaccesibles para gran parte de la población.
Nuestra biblioteca de arte quiere que los artistas locales y la comunidad en general puedan aprender y consultar libros de arte con una selección curada de libros de diferentes épocas, estilos, técnicas y autores.
No necesitas ser un experto en poesía para asistir, no dudes en unirte a nosotros y disfrutar de un buen rato leyendo. Habrá café y snacks.
Habrá dos horarios, de 12pm a 1pm y de 4 a 5pm. Así que no hay excusas para no hacer una pausa en la rutina diaria. ¡Te veo aquí!
